Straightens hair while avoiding damage or breakage plus the brush eliminates static electricity. Made of red alder wood which is strong but very light weight. 

Remove any excess hair from your brush and spritz a bit of water from a spray bottle instead of soaking. Lay your brush on a clean towel, bristle-side down, and leave undisturbed until dry.

Do not use strong cleansing products like solvents, alcohol, etc.
Do not use abrasive powders or sponges
Not dishwasher resistant.
