Do you accept returns for Jao Brand Products?

We accept returns within 20 days of purchase date. All products must have been purchased on JaoBrand.com and in their original sealed condition for a full refund. You will have to pay to ship back to us and we do not refund shipping fees. Please contact wendy@jaobrand.com to process your return. (This does not apply to our Face Crème Tinted Mineral Sunscreen)

Face Crème Tinted Mineral Sunscreen: We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to order a sample before you purchase a full size of any Face Crème Tinted Mineral Sunscreen product. We are not able to accept returns on wrong color match.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT approve Jao products to be sold on platforms such as Amazon or eBay. If Jao is purchased via unauthorized sellers we cannot guarantee the products are authentic and have not been tampered with.

Do you accept returns at Jao Social Club?

Store Credit Only. You have 14 days to return or exchange any unused item. Item must be in its original packaging and/or tags. You must present your printed receipt or a digital copy. All sales are final on reduced merchandise. No returns on items used for photo shoots. 

Due to health reasons we are not able to accept returns on brushes, combs, earrings or undergarments.

My product is defective/damaged, will you replace it?

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please check our FAQ page as well as the FAQ section on the individual product page before contacting us.

Popup JAO BOX

It does not show on mobile. This could have a coupon code, announce a sale or have mailing list sign up. It can also link to a product. I don't see that it's possible to add an image. This is a built in feature. It's possible an app can have pictures. It will only show every 30 days per person. .
