How To Beat the Winter Blues
If the short, dark days are getting you down, what can you do to feel like yourself again?
1. Go outside. Spend as much time as you can in natural daylight.
2. Have something to look forward to. Start a new hobby, join a gym, keep a journal, knit, anything to keep your mind active.
3. Laugh. Spend time with friends and family, it's more fun laughing with others and socializing is good for your mental health.
4. Plan a staycation. Even if it's just an afternoon in the park or trying a new restaurant. Do something to treat yourself.
