Bomade is a solid oil — not a stiff, waxy pomade.
For men of distinction, our balm contains an essential oil blend of Wood, Citrus and Patchouli in a natural oil and beeswax base. Convenient tin makes a great travel product.
Tame finely textured hair, control frizz on thick hair, or apply it to damp hair to make a lovely natural curl. Use it to moisturize cuticles and soften rough hands. Rub the balm on dry body parts to moisturize skin.
Key Ingredients:
- Shea Butter: Nourishing and Hydrating, conditions skin and hair. High in Vitamins A and E and anti-aging antioxidants.
- Cocoa Seed Butter: Moisturizes and softens, a natural emulsifier.
- Beeswax: Healing and moisturizing, softens and moisturizes skin, a natural emollient.

- Keep the balm cool as it can melt.
- If you see white spots on top and/or little hard beads or grains in your BOMADE there is nothing wrong with it, these ARE NOT indications of contaminants, mold, or rancidity.
The reason our BOMADE is so nourishing is because we have over 30% Shea butter. Skin butters like Shea and Cocoa have different melting points. Grainy butter is simply a result of temperature fluctuation. Shea butter contains fatty acids and vitamins throughout, which is what your skin and hair love about the balm. Occasionally during manufacturing, as the Shea butter is cooling, fatty acids start to become solid faster than the Shea itself and crystals form. They will melt when rubbed between your fingers with your body heat. Likewise, summer temperatures can cause Shea butter to melt while it's shipped to you, forming harmless crystals; it's merely a function of the lush Shea butter.
+ Why does my BOMADE smell different than before?
We only use essential oils and not synthetic fragrance, you might notice a slight fragrance variation from batch to batch. This is because the essential oils are made from plants and each growing season there are changes due to weather, moisture, and sun.
+ What are the little dark spots on the surface of my BOMADE?
Natural oils and butters melt and cool at different temperatures, and oxidation of the crystals may occur. There is nothing wrong with the product. This is a function of its natural properties, and sometimes happens with natural ingredients. The spots disappear when applying the product.
+ What are the little white dots on the surface of my BOMADE?
Shea Butter can crystallize when it cools. There is nothing wrong with the product. This is a function of its natural properties and sometimes happens with natural ingredients.
