What types of gift card do you offer?

We offer electronic gift cards ranging from $50-$250 with different virtual images to choose from.

We also have a physical gift card that comes with a box of Jao Brand goodies that can be shipped to you or directly to a recipient. This product has an additional charge and free shipping.

How can I purchase an eGift card?

• Choose the recipient you wish to send the eGift card to by entering their name and email ID.
• Add a personal message.
• Pick one of our assortment of virtual images.
• Choose to send now or send on a scheduled delivery date.

How can I purchase a physical gift card?

Each Gift Card ships in a gift box ($20) with:

• Gift Card in the amount of your choice
• Jao Brand Soap Bar
• Jao Brand Deluxe Sample Pak
• Nifty box of Matches & Jao Social Club Pencil

If you are sending as a gift, you can put a gift message in the notes at checkout and we will add them with the card. 

How do I redeem a gift card?

Electronic gift cards: The code can be found by clicking the link on the card you received. Enter this code at checkout.

Black gift cards (physical): Enter the code from your card at checkout.

Do your gift cards expire?

Our gift cards have no expiration date.

I can't find my gift card code, can you help?

Send us an email at orders@jaoltd.com. Be sure to tell us who sent you the gift and we can track down the code for you. 

Does this gift card work at Jao Social Club?

Unfortunately, no. These gift cards (both electronic and physical) can only be used here at jaobrand.com

How can I check my balance?

Electronic gift cards: 
Your balance can be found two ways

• Use the link you originally received with your gift card
• Click here to see your balance

Black gift cards (physical): With the code on your card we can check that for you, send an email to orders@jaoltd.com.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, if you still have remaining credit on a gift card, you can use it on your next purchase.

Can I reload an existing gift card?

No, unfortunately you cannot re-load a gift card once it's credit amount has all been used.

Can gift cards be used with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment. However, you cannot purchase a gift card with a discount code.

Can I use multiple gift cards at checkout?

Yes. 

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
